As an owner of the original Aventus, I was extremely positively surprised. The opening is much more citrusy but the rest is almost identical.
Really a very good dupe.
There are days when the original lasts hardly longer than 2 hours. Sometimes all day. Dark Cedrus performs almost identically. Slightly worse. But for the price?
At the end of the scent trail, it feels less deep and "rich" but that doesn't make the fragrance any worse.
Absolute no-brainer / blind buy if you find it anywhere. Highly recommended.
A very masculine, fresh, spicy, deep scent. I like it a lot.
I use it in everyday life or whenever I feel like it.
