@Jeob The green components made it lean towards a fougère for me, with an aquatic vibe. But the boundaries are fluid here, just like the main theme.

You had Fougere here, right? I have to admit, I find it hard to categorize it properly, but I land somewhere between Chypre and Fougere.
According to Maher, it was supposed to be a maritime Neo-Chypre, and what’s definitely true is that it references classic notes without wanting to smell vintage at all. Sharp citrus from kaffir lime and bergamot leads the way, followed by some tropical, slightly dirty flowers, and then the sea comes in. Salty spray, ozone, increasingly dense as if the air gets more humid with the scent's "skin age." You have to be able to handle aquatic aroma chemistry; I usually can’t, but here the aquatic elements are used with a delicate touch. A bit of leather leaning towards labdanum, wrapped in elemi, makes the scent rougher, transitioning into moss. The long vetiver finish on my skin is very rooty and clean, blending beautifully with the remaining spray. Lovely. A bow to @Cenno for the nice sample :)
