The Luxe Emerald by Maison Alhambra opens with a fruity blend of grapefruit, mandarin, and green apple. I do not detect lychee, mandarin, and black currant. Instead, I immediately sense the heart notes of peony and jasmine, as well as the base notes of Ambroxan and oak moss. This blend gives the fragrance a complexity that feels very unique and niche, but can also come across as chaotic and thus overwhelming at first.

I can confirm this, but as always in such cases, not without deviations. Greenwich Village feels more refined, elegant, and luxurious - yes, all in all, simply better balanced.

The longevity on my skin is about 7-8 hours, and the projection is also in this range. Over time, the fruity notes fade, and rose + oak moss + citrus take over.
Conclusion:
Considering the price comparison and the quite similar fragrance DNA of about 75-80%, Luxe Emerald is indeed a serious option that will appeal to both women and men (unisex).
