Perseus Maison Alhambra

First of all, I have to give a big shout-out to the line. I have already been absolutely impressed by Galatea and "Hercules | Maison Alhambra." The Perseus also knows how to convince. Now, after a few weeks of testing, I am writing down my impressions of this one as well.
Since I still had a decant of its predecessor, "Pegasus | Parfums de Marly," I was able to make a direct comparison. Let me put it this way: although the creaminess of the vanilla from the OG is not entirely captured, the rest is really exceptionally well done. The metallic almond is very well executed, and the warming base captures the spirit of its predecessor surprisingly well. So well, in fact, that it makes the OG unnecessary for me. I believe the negative reviews come more from the fact that this DNA does not appeal to everyone and less from it being poorly made. At least, that’s my impression. A lovely scent for the colder days, although I have also enjoyed wearing it in the sunshine.
The sillage and longevity are really good, and you can easily get through the workday without any problems. My nice colleague, who shares my passion for perfumes, even mentioned that it is quite enveloping. Since I don’t perceive it as strongly myself, I have given it a solid 7 with a star.
Conclusion: It’s better to test it and see if the DNA suits you; then you really get a lot for your money.
