From Roar to Whisper: The Rose’s Journey
At the opening, what stands out the most to me is the funky, animalic type of oud combined with a creamier, almost sweetened oud, a fresh rose leaning green, and a rather sharp and prominent pine note. As it dries down, that animalic oud starts to fade, leaving behind mainly the rose with the slightly sweet creamy oud and a pine note that also softens, giving the fragrance a more elegant nuance. What definitely stands out in the drydown is a soapy rose perfume vibe.
