Saffron Overload
First of all, thank you very much for the sample of "Cappadocia | Memo Paris," which I received through the giveaway.
The bottle is convincing, like most Memo fragrances.
As for the scent, I have a somewhat ambivalent attitude. Basically, I find it very rounded and pleasant. However, for me personally, one note dominates extremely - saffron. Unfortunately, I can't really relate to this and I haven't yet smelled a saffron fragrance that has convinced me. But of course, that's something very subjective. The other notes like vanilla and rose round off this fragrance nicely.
The longevity and sillage are solid to good. The scent can definitely be perceived for about 7-8 hours, though the projection decreases quickly.
Cappadocia is perfectly unisex. For me, it leans slightly feminine, while for my partner, it leans slightly masculine. So it seems to be wearable by everyone.
Conclusion: An absolutely solid saffron fragrance that, however, does not come close to my Memo favorite "African Leather (Eau de Parfum) | Memo Paris."
