The scent of my life
My friend was just starting to get into niche perfumes and took me to every store on the way. I couldn't get much out of the whole thing and just put up with it.
In a wonderful perfumery in Bonn, we were shown the Memo Paris fragrances for the first time. As always, I was overwhelmed by the selection and was extremely skeptical when I started to sniff a few.
Inlé, Winter Palace, Ilha do Mel,.... All extremely pleasant, but still not amazing. I bravely continued testing until the saleswoman approached me and asked if she could recommend a fragrance. An offer I'm always happy to accept, but it's not usually a good fit.
She picked up the bottle of Marfa and BOOM!
I have never (!) found a fragrance so immediately pleasant. I was completely flashed and must have held the fragrance card to my nose a thousand times that day.
A short time later I ordered the fragrance and what can I say: it really is the fragrance of my life! No other fragrance makes me feel as comfortable, as authentic as this one. If I don't know which one to wear today - this one always works! Summer or winter? Marfa always works!
It gives me incredible confidence and makes me feel perfectly dressed. Even hours later, I love it when I can still smell it from time to time.
This beautiful floral blend of tuberose and orange blossom with a little hint of tanginess from the mandarin and everything bedded on such a soft and, for me, warm bed of vanilla and musk... a dream! There was one note that I couldn't quite identify. I think it's the agave. But it rounds off the fragrance perfectly.
You have to like floral fragrances, but I can only recommend giving it a try! My absolute signature! This fragrance also opened the door to the world of niche perfumery for me. Thanks to this success, my boyfriend and I now share a hobby. But this fragrance will always have a special place in my heart.
