Alien Eau Sublime Mugler 2017

I have been looking for a replacement for the no longer available Sunessence Or d‘Ambre (my ultimate summer fragrance). This Alien is definitely a little sister. Upon first trying it, I immediately missed the kiwi and orchid that gave me the exotic kick in Or d‘Ambre; Eau Sublime is more citrusy in comparison. BUT the drydown is very similar. Summery, white flowers, and amber, yet never overwhelming. I also enjoy the regular Alien EDT, but sometimes I have the issue that it triggers migraines for me (also other Mugler fragrances - due to the projection strength). With Eau Sublime, that has never happened to me. Therefore, it is an uncomplicated year-round Alien for me, with which I can’t go wrong. Longevity and scent trail are good, but less intense than Alien EDT. A great fragrance for everyday wear.
