Alien Musc Mystérieux Mugler 2017

Alien "The Fragrance" has had more flankers and limited editions than Frank Sinatra has had comebacks. I actually found most of them better than the original Alien, especially since its popularity, when it reached its zenith, meant that you couldn't go into any bar or similar place without encountering one or two overdosed Alien users, who ensured that you definitely smelled nothing else once they had stood next to you for a while. The hype even led me one evening to ask two dimwits: "Which of you uses Alien?" - After a moment of silence for the extinct armored fish, one of them began to speak and said defiantly: "I do, why?" and I replied, "Four sprays are enough!" My husband asked me why the two were staring at us so intently after I had taken a seat three bar stools away. I said: "Guess the perfume, my hobby: And I was right!"
In any case, Alien The Original had become too omnipresent for me, similar to LVEB. I had once loved it. Over the years, I used Essence Absolue, summer flankers, EdT, and others. All good, but unfortunately great.
Recently, Alien Musc Mysterieux arrived on our planet, almost simultaneously with Alien Covenant "The Movie". I will watch the latter at some point, judging by the reviews, there's no rush. But AMM, I wanted to know right away.
And what does it do to me?
It takes me to another world, what else?
This time it’s an adult Alien world. I even suspect that there’s one or two oud notes that were swept under the rug in the fragrance description, because after a less sweet, but unmistakable Alien DNA in the top note, AMM develops towards heavy, oudy, animalistic. Too erotic for little girls, not sweet enough, hardly jasmine-like, saffron is recognizable, as are all the other spices of the souks and woods of the Orient. I hardly perceive the musk, I believe it only serves the function of guiding the desert scents into the oasis so they can settle down more gently.
Since the trend of adopting Arabic influences has started, even in the Western world, to use strong fragrances in summer, AMM is also wearable now. But not for those among us who use lemon waters to refresh themselves and not offend others with their scent. AMM is like the mother ship.
