An old, dark, shabby cellar, decaying cemetery earth, then up to the attic. Dusty, dry air, conifer wood or similar brush gets a nasty, ethereal green tint from the bitter, herbaceous spices. Moss grows on the wall, and costus fuzzballs are up to their tricks. Is geosmin the earthy note here? The synthetic aspect is fine; it serves the theme more than extending the scent, although it鈥檚 not exactly short either ;)
I don鈥檛 think it鈥檚 bad.
