Pastel peaches & melted-cream dreams

This opens with a strong hit of something indolic. Creamy-yellow florals? Buttery ylang ylang? None listed, yet they feel so present to me. It must be the sandalwood paired with a Tahitian vanilla - making for a rich, delicately-heady vanilla cream.

Then, realistic peach joins in. The apricot here creates the feeling of velvety peach skin (rather than anything focused on the apricot fruit itself) - and the peach is ultra ripe, soaked in the sweet thickness of its own juices.

On paper, it's liquid-y peaches & cream - like homemade peach ice cream starting to drip down the cone, or a spilled puddle of peach milkshake. You'll want to lick this! On my skin, a touch of animalic warmth blooms under the melted gourmand goodness - making it feel even more narcotic.

The notes are so well-done, that it might actually be the best gourmand-sweet peach I've tried (separate from other peach profiles like boozy-peach, fresh peach, etc.).

Feels like a ruffled pastel sundress, blushing cheeks, and the color Pantone Peach Fuzz 13-1023 (https://www.pantone.com/color-of-the-year/2024). Fairly simple/linear experience, soft projection, moderate longevity - but oh so beautiful.

*Update on longevity/projection:
- 1-2 hour mark: strongest (in strength and projection)
- 3 hour mark: moderate strength (quiet projection but still very present)
- 4-6 hour mark: softens significantly
Still absolutely worth it!

@Gourmandgrl Absolutely I do 😌. Well, I've never been to Ulta but I'll have to see!

@Ezroni "a fresh glass of perfume in the morning" 😂 plus 75% of my fragrances seem drinkable, so if anyone's pulling a SeoulBrough it's me hahaha - don't you love peach? You need to try this one, Ulta carries it!

Your review makes me want to sample this so bad even though I'm quite sure I can't smell peach 😭

@mochimicho Bitter Peach is kind of weird, definitely not a juicy peach frag IMO - so you're not alone with that one.
I haven't tested Mostly Just Peach, but I Want Choo is more "generic perfume" than anything peach honestly. Maybe it's just the ones you've tested so far?
If you're looking for a super juicy peach profile, Kyse "Peche Au Yuzu" is the best!
For gourmand/creamy peach, I think this one is the best I've tried.
Hope your Ulta will have a tester bottle for you - would love to hear you think, if you test any others! 🫶

@Gourmandgrl True true, the apricot could change things. It seems that whenever I come across a fragrance with a forward peach note (thinking of I Want Choo, Bitter Peach, Mostly Just Peach, and Mitsouko off the bat), I have a totally different/blander perception of it than the average user. Definitely going to see if my local Ulta has it!

@mochimicho omg noooo I'm so sorry 😭 which peach scents have you tried so far?
Maybe this one would be different for you, since it incorporates apricot to create the feeling of peach skin (plus the peach note itself seems different from the kind of peach notes more commonly used)!
If you have an Ulta near you, it could at least be worth seeing if they have a tester bottle??
