I find Pastoral to be a successful blend of fruity, subtly bitter jams. Blackberry and apricot (they carry the essence of summer days) - neither sour nor overly sweet. Grainy notes of barley and straw-yellow blades run through this fine, cozy scent that is woody/sweet-grassy/mossy but also reminiscent of burning wax candles. The longevity on my skin is just over nine hours.
