Rhododendrons, or rather, mainly yuzu
The scent was originally in a body mist. Yuzu. To be honest, it has a simpler yuzu scent than any other brand. I am very strict with this brand because they don't list the fragrance pyramid properly on their website. I can't trust such a brand. Therefore, they can't list the pyramid on their perfume website. This is a very poor understanding of overseas marketing. They are completely Galapagosized in Japan. Why don't they write the pyramid properly? Official explanation: "A scent that evokes the fresh green of Hakone, with fruity green notes and the scent of rhododendrons, a flower that blooms in Hakone in spring." Huh? Is there anyone who would buy this? And without even trying it. (The store is not in every prefecture.) Of course, Japanese people don't like perfume, so they don't have much knowledge, and there are people who buy it blind buy with this. "Hakone? What does it smell like!" In fact, it's the scent of yuzu. If that's the case, they should write yuzu. It's not fair. That's why I always see bottles of Show Layered on Mercari, like new, for sale as second-hand goods. It's obvious that one of the following is happening: "I tried it, but it was different from what I expected," "I tried it but it didn't suit me," or "I used it for a few months but I ended up getting tired of it." The brand is so unfriendly to consumers. And yet the handsome-looking founder(Well I don't think so) is uploading a video introducing the fragrance on YouTube. Before that, shouldn't he clearly state what scents he uses on his website? That's the most important thing you can do right now.
