Lotus Flower, I Have Banned You
“Multilotus” by Hermetica was probably not the smartest choice as the first test of the brand. But that’s how it goes, you never know beforehand.
A watery bouquet (water) and garden pond scent - a lotus, definitely not loveable! Green, slightly stale, very subtle and unoriginal. Tea-like, that’s still acceptable. Rather feminine, rather suboptimal. Not a beautiful scent. Not a stinker. But really not a beautiful scent. I don’t like the direction at all - and “Multilotus” makes a few mistakes within this category as well. Luckily it fades quickly and is rather transparent. But when I smell it, I wrinkle my nose…
Bottle: the best part of the whole package
Sillage: delicate
Longevity: 4 hours Égalité
Conclusion: a linear pond and snooze scent. Shrugged into a bottle. Sometimes even more repulsive than soothing. A failure.
