The rose here is so light, so watery, so delicate, it almost smells like rose water rather than actual rose flowers. And I'm not mad at that, because rose can be tricky! But it is a very realistic rose - More actual, homemade rose water than artificially replicated roses. The rose settles and softens in the first hour, letting the other notes emerge.
It's very pretty. Certainly magical.
This perfume is so much lighter and more whimsical than I expected it to be. It's a little tart and juicy from the raspberry, and as it dries down, it turns into a soft, sweet marshmallow with just a hint of watery rose peeking through.
The suede in this one is very soft, very subtle, very well blended - don't let it scare you.
