When first applied, there is a strong wave of anise, but that fades rather quickly. It fades into when I call a "generic Sorcellerie" sweet scent, sweet and buttery and delicious, but not terribly unique to a lot of her other scents. Not much throw at all, but does stick around as a skin scent for a long time. Probably wouldn't buy again, only because other Sorcellerie scents have better projection and uniqueness.
