Impressive

Altair is an impressive fragrance to say the least.
A combination of particular and rich notes, including truffle, make it earthy but not too dark, but then the central ones open it up and make it bright, creamy and flowery.
Like the story it tells: that of two kingdoms, the land of the sun and the land of the moon, perpetually at war.
The two kings will decide to make peace and sacrifice themselves for the good of their people: the first giving the most precious thing he has: his daughter in marriage, the second accepting her albeit reluctantly.
Sacrifice for good.
A virtue that only a few “kings” have.
Versatile, suitable for any season.

A Fruity Seducer

Altair is a beautiful fragrance. It somehow feels familiar, reminiscent of something or several scents from the currently popular sweet-fruity men's fragrances. The scent is definitely unisex.
The fragrance starts with a stylized red berry accord (fruity, but not juicy and without acidity), paired with a sweet-green-earthy musty vetiver accord. Musty in the sense of dull, somewhat stale, specifically old school, just like this accord sounds in the classic Givenchy Gentleman, for example. But all together it somehow creates a pleasant combination.
After a couple of hours, a complete transformation of the fragrance occurs: the scent becomes unsweetened, vetiver fades away, and I perceive the stylized scent of a plum with blackcurrant elements. I'm not sure which fruit it is (need to test again), possibly it's a fantasy hybrid, but it smells very elegant, dry, fruity, but not sour, seductive, and this part of the fragrance development pleases me more than the beginning.
The longevity and sillage of the fragrance are very good. The perfume on the back of my hand has withstood careful washing and hand sanitizing as well as showering well. At night, in bed, when I briefly woke up, I perceived a captivating breeze in my semi-sleep: Altair. "From a distance," in the sillage it even smells more beautiful than when smelled up close.
