Dominance is exactly the kind of pineapple scent I always imagined when pineapple was mentioned as a fragrance note.
It is the first truly fruity and sweet pineapple fragrance I have tested. It reminds me more of pineapple juice or even pineapple gum than of a fresh fruit. The pineapple is tropical, juicy, and sweet, without appearing artificial. At the same time, the scent has really damn good longevity.
I find it almost a bit too intrusive, or rather just very extroverted. For me, it is definitely more of a party scent than an office scent. The sillage is really intense. You can easily perceive it from several meters away, and that's why I can't think of that many situations to wear it. It fills the room very quickly, and I believe that can annoy the surroundings in certain situations.
You really have to enjoy sweet fruity scents, but if you do, Dominance is truly a good choice. I don't perceive it as synthetic at all. The individual fragrance notes are easily distinguishable, and the scent develops overall quite solidly.
For the price, I find it really successful. In fact, I'm even considering getting a whole bottle, but I want to test it a bit longer first. For summer, when you're in the mood for an authentic, tropical sweet pineapple that almost reminds you of pineapple syrup, I think it is excellent. Here, the caramel note also comes into play nicely, making everything soft, round, and sweet.
