"Close" is also over

I can not for the life of me understand why this fragrance is considered by so many people here as a quasi-perfect copy of the original.

I have now tested it extensively and parallel to the original and find that at most the opening comes even close to Oud Wood. In the drydown, where the original becomes heavenly creamy, the Dua remains throughout the mentholigen medicine cabinet vibes of the opening. In my bottle, a really disturbing dirty note is added to this in the course of the fragrance.

Before anyone comments: Yes, the fragrance is sufficiently long "matured", he is now over a month with me and has not changed.

The Bois Oudh is not a particularly accurate dupe overall, in my opinion. At most, people who prefer the opening of OW to the drydown might be happy with it. But just the soft and creamy Drydown is for me what I love so much about OW, and there the Dua fails for me completely.
Bottom line: a mediocre dupe of the first 10 minutes of Oud Wood, beyond that a total dud. And for a price that (with customs) is really not that far from that of a 30ml bottle of the original.
