Synthetic banana candy with a banana milk dry-down
This is my first Dua fragrance, I admit I was a bit biased with them being a dupe house and all. But I was on a banana kick and decided to give it a whirl :D The opening is a synthetic banana, almost as loud as the one in my beloved Jungle Jezebel, but not as campy. The dry-down, funnily enough is less of a synthetic banana but more of a banana milk and/or banana milk caramel hard candy. It's a bit too gourmand for me, I expected something funkier from the statements here, and it's not a green banana, it's not a dark banana, it's simply a pleasant banana gourmand. The quality of the scent impressed me though, I expected to suffer from synthetic amber, but it isn't found here.
