Miami! Oud

I think it would have suited the name much better.
Because what I get in the opening is:
Coconut, rum, honey, and then oud.

When I read the notes at the beginning, I honestly expected something different, and with each wear, I discover a new, special note. Sometimes a bit fruitier, sometimes a bit woodier, sometimes dark and sexy.

The fragrance is incredibly versatile and so special. But the oud note remains a constant companion. The coconut keeps coming through again and again.

This scent is definitely not an ordinary fragrance. It stands out. In my opinion, it is also not a blind buy candidate; you have to like the oud and the coconut rum note.

I really recommend testing this fragrance. Try it, let it sit for a few hours, and then smell it again. It also lasts quite a long time on the paper strip. And now we come to the point that really bothers me about this scent.

H/S yes, the longevity and sillage are really disappointing for me. Despite the explosive start with the oud, the fragrance then becomes very close to the skin. What a shame.

As for the Naxos association, I can definitely agree with the predecessors, and I don’t know who ever threw that association into the room. Because as everyone has already said, no... Definitely not Naxos.

Absolutely agree with you. H&S is unfortunately a bit disappointing. Very good review that is very, very fitting.
