I know that the brand is advertising this as their gourmand and yes the sweetness is there, yes it's very saccharine but not edible in any way, at least to my nose. This is a very opulent, a blast of neroli and orange blossom that go the distance it is spicy and sweet and floral all the sweet notes in this perfume like chocolate, rum and honey play a supporting role beautifully, it is sweet but it's not cloying. It reminds me a little bit of Neroli Plein Sud from Guerlain with how they combined the spicy and sweet element with neroli and orange blossom. Very beautiful, give it a try and if you ever visit Bangkok there's an actual perfume museum from this house that you can book and visit to smell all the vintage goodies.
