Exponential twisted vanilla - I like :)
Parfumo is a blessing and a curse for me (and I’m probably not alone in this).
Blessing:
Without this community, I would have never understood why 90% of the perfumes that one generally encounters are not for me.
Curse:
Without this community, I would have never found this seemingly endless selection of fragrances that could be for me.
:)
Now, to get to the title of this review and the scent:
Vanilla in the top, heart, and base of the fragrance pyramid - that’s quite a statement. Just reading the pyramid made me think of exponential growth / exponential vanilla use.
And that’s true, it’s a vanilla scent where the vanilla (at least to my nose) is present throughout the entire fragrance pyramid.
Twisted for me are the 'secondary' notes of this vanilla - spicy, fruity, a bit resinous in the drydown. I distinctly perceive pear, clove, and cocoa; in this combination, it smells to me like a retro dessert.
In the drydown, the sweetness fades a bit, I think the resinous notes come through more here.
I find the scent to be peaceful / embracing / relaxing.
So, now a bit about the bottle, because I find not only the scent itself but also the bottle to be exponentially twisted - quite good ;)
The label is attached to the bottle with a cable tie (!), who comes up with such an idea... It’s a bit strange, but whatever, it doesn’t hinder the spraying.
And the cap... You can’t choose which cap you get when ordering; there are caps in gold, red, and black. I have the red cap, it looks a bit like E.T. trying to phone home :)
I always find the tactile feel and the sprayer important, both are very good here. The bottle is easy to hold / spray and it releases a fine mist.
P/L: Sigh.

Such a wonderful comment, and of course, congratulations on this beautiful yet truly quirky vanilla scent. It's really special and still sticks in my mind, and in my opinion, it's unisex... maybe it will find its way to me at a good price someday...

P/L sigh... Yes, I feel the same way 😂. I have to check the scent; you like it sweeter than I do.

It's sweet, but it loses some of that in the drydown.

That sounds wonderful and special. I'll check the prices, and I have a bad feeling about this already. Adding to my wishlist.

I definitely find the scent to be unique; I haven't smelled anything like it before.
