I am retesting Jasmine of Athens after over a year, so keep in mind this review is for the now-macerated frangrance. I probably wouldn't mention that except for the color of the juice has changed from a clear to a rich orange.
Not much has changed in terms of my opinion of Jasmine of Athens. I love jasmine, I love white flowers, but this is such a dull interpretation of such an intoxicating flower.
Right off the bat it's straight jasmine, however it comes off a little stale to me. There's a sort of metallic note that accompanies the jasmine, making the flower feel more synthetic. The tiare does make an entrance with enough time, adding some creamy and rich sweetness, but not enough to sway my opinion.
It's okay, but I have never once considered reaching for my sample since I first purchased it, with the sole exception of writing this review.
