I tested Inexcusable Evil looking for a fragrance with a strong gunpowder note. Inexcusable Evil is not it. In fact, I really couldn't make out much of a gunpowder scent at all. What I did get almost right a way was the blood and iodine - not very pleasant, almost puke-worthy. That stays around for quite some time - about an hour - before it starts to get more metallic and antiseptic smelling. I did not get wet concrete at all. The scent reminded me more of a hospital smell. Not with blood, but the general clean, metallic and antiseptic smell. After many hours, in the far dry down, it became a subtle woody/incense scent.
Performance is very good. It was still going strong after 9 hours when I showered. Projection was quite good, but it wasn't room filling. Just created a large scent bubble around me.
The scent is definitely not for me. Not sure why anyone would want to smell like this but to each his own.
