You know the feeling: you’re feeling unwell and you type the symptoms into the internet. What comes out? You have only a few days left. Of course, in reality, it’s not that bad, and the internet is exaggerating again. That’s why I absolutely wanted to get my own impression of the scent.
So here we go: bought, unpacked, and bravely sprayed. I immediately flinched. Everything you’ve researched about the illness is even worse. Much worse. A feeling of nausea. I didn’t want to think about it any longer. As if someone were distorting my face with an iron bar. You spit blood onto the cold concrete in some alley. So many images flash in my mind. The scent remains present, no matter if you test 20 other fragrances in the same hour.
Something wouldn’t let me go.
Just the thought of the scent was surreal. It can’t be that bad. I had to apply it again. Maybe I’m a psychopath, maybe I just want to see the world burn. But as soon as you get through the first seconds of the top note, an aura of absolute dominance envelops you. Now you are the one who stands last on the battlefield. It’s not your blood on your face. But you are responsible for everything. Consciously. Your ideology enforced. You have defeated the illness. Now you stand there. And laugh.
Conclusion: People will turn away from you. But sometimes that’s exactly what you need. You know this scent, but it only reminds you of bad things. Iron, blood, as if it were raining from the ceiling in a concrete hospital. You are the evil. You carry the evil. You should actually lose your job, but no one dares to tell you. It’s not a perfume.
You put on a suit made of sorrow, pain, and fear.
