Buttery fluffy sandal bubbles bubble up from cooling blue oud - iris - flower cups. Thuja - shoot tips - tincture dims floral ecstasy.

If the sandalwood isn't too prominent, then I might like it.

I'm cautious about Iris butter because of my cholesterol levels.

I'm just getting into the mood for garden strolls now that the sun is back in the sky. Among all the flowers, I'm especially interested in discovering blue oud.

There's something cool and lotus-like in the background. Just like in an enchanted, oriental garden. Light and shadow meet. Flowers open up. Flowers close.

Sounds very intriguing in the composition, despite the iris butter with sandalwood (which can sometimes be a bit too rich-creamy for me).

The garden is densely covered, but not heavy. The flowers open and close depending on the time of day or sunlight. I'm curious to see how the scent develops in the summer. 😅

I find thuja quite difficult; it always reminds me of cemeteries.
But with the sandalwood notes & floral ecstasy - I can definitely get on board ☺️

I know what you mean. Thuja is more like a tree of life here than a cemetery. Although it’s basically the same thing. 😊 The floral notes come across wonderfully fresh on me.

Sounds really lovely with all the flowers and the blue oud. It also doesn’t seem to drift too much into sweetness, which I was a bit worried about based on the description.
The other fragrance from this release intrigues me a little more with its notes, but I find both interesting.
I definitely want to get to know at least one scent from the brand this year! =)

Sweet floral wouldn’t appeal to me either. Fleur de Steppe also has that wonderful cedar freshness, but it’s more powdery and less floral. My favorite is still Batavia Oud. Oh, somehow they all have their own special charm. :-)

With Jaka, you never know what to expect.
Still - the Artisan mothership can be found here again.
Fluffy, enchanting, floral, green, cool, woody, oriental, and balsamic all at once. Rose honey in yellow sparkling lemonade [along with peach fuzz, there's also a kind of lotus effect]. I haven't captured all the facets yet. Currently: Aromatic basil, neroli, thuja, and creamy, shiny sandalwood.
The skin gradually reveals the inner glow of this flower-drunk, blue oud masterpiece in its complex beauty.
In summer, this - still - cooling garden might develop a strangely fascinating animalistic steam hammer - musk - floral opulence.
Thanks to Matze and Ropanski for organizing this noble substance. :-)

I wouldn't mind the steppe either. :-)
The appeal is always there with Jaka's new releases.
We can expect quite a few gems in 2024.

Glad you like the dense-floral UCCA. The Jaka DNA is unmistakable, and together with Fleur de Steppe and Madjenoen, it creates an intensely intriguing trinity. I think one of these should be enough for most people. Thanks, and the primary thanks go to Matze.
