But my relationship with anything edible and/or that smells in any way is seriously messed up.
I think this condition is called 'loss of appetite.'
Unfortunately, it even affects the scents I used to love... 🙈
Still, I haven't found a standout for me yet.
..but I might actually like it - just without the salmon then 😂
It has a very musty smell. I get a lot of frying fat with a salmon aroma. It gets dark and burnt. Towards the end, after the contamination fades, it turns into a finely roasted aromatic espresso. But the journey is rocky.
