Different, in a good way
This came to me in the mail about an hour ago, so I sprayed some on and now it's been about 30 minutes sitting on my skin. All honesty, it smells delicious. Personally, I am mostly getting the Argan, amber, and Peach notes and maybe a touch of the chardonnay cause there is definitely a buttery, creamy note hiding somewhere underneath. This has to sit longer until I can comment on whether or not there is vanilla bean and cedar wood notes so maybe I'll post an update. As someone who owns the other two Vacation Inc scents, Grand Cuvee feels the most wearable on a day to day basis. It's not headache inducing which gourmands often cause for me. The amber / argan notes help to cut through a lot of that sweetness that might come through from the vanilla and cognac. It is definitely a summer scent, I could see myself wearing it by the pool or on cooler evenings. It is definitely different, in the sense that I've never smelt this kind of concoction before when it comes to describing summer leisure. There is no classic sunscreen note happening, this is more ambery, darker, and complex. I really like it honestly and would recommend to others.
