If the saffron is really good here, I would be willing to give it a try too.

A scent without saffron would be great.

I'm excited for the rest of the Wild Veils; this was already a nice start, and I had the least anticipation for this one based on the pyramid.

I found it very pleasant. I really liked the saffron note, especially because it reminded me that I don't have a problem with authentic-smelling saffron, but I do with all the stuff that often gets labeled as "saffron" in fragrance pyramids and has little to do with the spice.

I feel the same way. It probably will never be my favorite scent, but at least I like it this way.

Absolutely. I really don't enjoy the synthetic version at all; it just makes me think of the dentist right away.. ^^

Sounds great to me. Too bad there's no EdP of it; it would have gone straight onto my wishlist.

@Mrtangiers Yes, unfortunately, I just can't seem to handle either consistency.

If I saw correctly, they only make solids or oils.

Hmm, I’d like to try this little concoction, although I’m not sure yet if solids suit me.

It was my first experience with it, and I'm still not sure if it's really for me. I can't really gauge how much of it you need compared to regular spray perfumes or attars.

Hmm, if the saffron is "natural," that wouldn't be bad.

Definitely, neither medicinal nor that overly intense smoky-leathery vibe.

*A scent where the saffron actually doesn't bother me for once. In the top notes, it's slightly smoky and moderately sweet, gradually overshadowed by a dry amber accord, accompanied by what I find to be an undefinable woodiness. Towards the end, the previously dusty amber becomes sweeter and resinous. All in all, it's a lovely fragrance, though it doesn't fully match my taste. My first experience with a solid perfume was definitely exciting.
Many thanks to ElAttarine for the opportunity to test it out :)
