Complete confusion

I'm confused. There are 3 notes mentioned here, namely Turkish rose, Indian oud & Haitian vetiver, all of which I own or have owned pure as oils, or at least have smelled focused (& in natural form) dozens of times in perfumes. And I'm confused about this because I can't even remotely detect any of the 3 notes here. It feels like they switched the sample when labeling it, that's how much it deviates. But before I get to that, a little digression on the individual notes :

Haitian vetiver smells to me like :
Petrol-oily, earthy-bitter-humid, smoky, a bit nutty-woody like real cedar (like from the Himalayas) & balsamic. It's relatively one of the lighter vetiver varieties & actually a very good base note. I can't detect any of that here.

I have smelled Indian oud several times pure as an oil or focused in perfumes. It often smelled strong to me, with leathery, animalic & smoky woody tones. She (the perfumer) also refers to the oud used as smelling like fermented cheese, and I simply cannot detect that with the best will in the world.

The Turkish rose offers the greatest scope. However, I had often perceived it as quite bright, i.e. fresh & fruity, sometimes jammy. It is the only thing that I could more or less imagine something here, because there is a fruity sweetness here, which I could also assign to other notes, but which are not listed here.

So what does the fragrance smell like to me instead?
To me, it smells like a sweet patchouli cola.
If I had to make sense of it : jammy rose meets liqueur-sweet patchouli, creamy sandalwood & smells like a sticky cola together.
I really can't detect anything else here. Too bad. I would have expected such strong deviations from the notes & actual perception more from synthetic brands. I have smelled this genre (rose oud) often enough to be able to say that this fragrance has absolutely nothing to do with it. According to the perfumer, it does, hmm. But apparently I'm not the only one with a similar experience.

Anyway, I'm curious to see what else the brand has to offer.
I won't comment on the price because, as I said, I'm still too confused by the experience for that.
I think the confusion is also confused.
