An exceptionally affordable oud rose fragrance—its scent is full and lush without being sticky. The oud is more pronounced, and the rose is a vivid, opulent crimson variety, making it well worth collecting. However, the mushroom essential oil note is quite subtle, which is a bit of a pity. I had hoped for a more distinctive twist on the typical rose-oud combination. Soil of Eden remains relatively conservative and conventional in its overall impression.
