My comment was an attempt to capture the impression roughly. Sometimes that's just not so easy. I categorized the scent as earthy, green, smoky, leathery, and spicy. I can't comment on any supposed similarity to Amouage Epic Man. I do feel a slight resemblance to Boss Bottled Triumph Elixir, although Icon isn't as dry as that one; it has a fresh green note added to it. It's also not as intensely fragrant.
