Absolu Aventus? Unfortunately not as great as hoped

Zimaya has released a fragrance called Sharaf Blend that has somewhat stolen the show from all other Zimayas, including Sharaf the Club.
Since I'm still looking for something for summer and have had good experiences with Sharaf Blend, I thought I would test Sharaf the Club.

I was expecting an Aventus.
And the opening does indeed remind me a little of Aventus, as does the entire scent progression, but more like a soulless shower gel version of Aventus.
Allegedly, this is supposed to be an alternative to Absolu Aventus.
Unfortunately, I have never been able to test that.
So I can't say whether that's true or not.

The scent starts off very citrusy, fruity, and peppery for me.
Pepper is not listed here at all, but I smell something spicy that definitely reminds me of pepper.
It's really hard to pinpoint the fruity notes.
Unfortunately, the scent is quite synthetic.
I can recognize bergamot the best.

In the dry down, it becomes a bit woodier and warmer.
To me, everything also smells very ambroxan-heavy, which is not listed here either, strange.

Towards the end, it remains fruity, fresh, and quite peppery with a very subtle sweetness.
A typical shower gel freshie that slightly reminds me of Aventus.
Nothing special, but also not terrible.

The same goes for the performance.
Neither strong nor weak, for a freshie it does its job quite well.

By the way, the scent does not smell unisex to me.
It's more of a men's fragrance.
I would say very few women would wear a scent like this.

My conclusion: The Sharaf Blend is a must-have, for winter this is a top price/performance ratio that Zimaya offers.
On the other hand, Sharaf the Club is not necessarily a must-have.
At times, you can get it for 20 euros, and I would say that's a good deal.
For more money, I would rather reach for other summer cheapies.
