π₯π Happy Fragrance Friday! ππ₯
This week, I've prepared something slightly different. Ever since I got into '80s powerhouse macho fragrances, I've consistently heard that Bogart's Furyo is one of the best in its class, if not the best. Unfortunately, it's not as readily available as Kouros, Fahrenheit, and others. But, after some searching, I managed to snag this cute miniature at a decent price. π΅οΈββοΈπ
I won't dive into the scent details in this post, but trust me, it's just as amazing as the online reviews suggestβa real gem. π As for the photo theme, it took a bit of research. A quick search revealed that 5 years prior, a movie called "Furyo," more commonly known as "Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence," was released. As a fan of Takeshi Kitano, I'm quite familiar with it. I donβt think the naming is a coincidence. π¬
Given the supposed connection to the film, I chose a "prisoner of war" theme for the photo. This presented an interesting challenge. With some strategically placed lights and a vinegar-rusted metal pan, I think I managed to capture the feeling of imprisonment as best as I could. π¨π
Hope you like it! π
