Huh.

I got a sample of Alien Eau Extraordinaire and a full review is coming up when I can find the time for it, but for now, the key features:

It's very similar to the original. The jasmine is still there. However the sour woods seem to have been replaced by decidedly fresher and friendlier notes (I get an impression of some laundry musks??). Not extraordinary by any means, but as I am a sworn hater of the woody notes in the original Alien, I might even switch my EdP to this edition. If the refillable flacons mean anything, it may mean the EE is here to stay.
