Umbra Helvetica / Swiss Fragrance Help

Hello everyone,

Has anyone recently been in contact with Eli Davison / Swiss Fragrance, or purchased anything from them? 

I purchased two samples on August 5 and still haven’t received them (domestic shipment). I contacted him by email now three times (August 15,22,26) and once through the website chatbox.

Zero replies… hope everything is ok.
