Club de Nuit Intense Man Eau de Toilette (great value),
L'Homme (clean and classy), and
Explorer (easy everyday wear). They may not always top every list, but they’re worth smelling.

and... our tastes change as we get older too, I still love gourmands, but I’ve gravitate more towards "clean sheets" scents now and more detailed perfumes.
I wasn't ready for "churchy" fragrances back in the days, whereas now I’ve come to appreciate them much more.
I recently bought samples of Amouage Reflection Man and DG The One Intense. Reflection Man is one of my favorite colognes of all time. I did not like The One Intense. I made a mistake. I meant to get the one EDP.
I'm excited to try other Amounage.
I like the most the Renaissance line of Amouage, Enclave does have that mint touch, something like a fresh mouth as if ate a peppermint, its a dry scent, as if you are driving around a Lake in the mountains with your Mercedes
in the middle of summertime, I wrote a review about this one if you like to read about.
Not that long ago I added Meander, also from the Renaissance line, that is something totally different scent then Amouage normally make, its totally different then all the other perfumes I have and ever experienced... I like it really a lot, but I also like my perfumes to be very different from one another, so that I have something for every mood.
Some other Amouages I did like were Jubilation XXV and Reflection, Jubilation is something like Scherzo Miller Harris, but boom one time its there, however to me it was too close to Scherzo and so I didn't buy it, Reflection I did like but not a love... but many do love Reflection, so for everyone different.
Always sample first like some already said, bc to be honest, I was after sampling Amouages disappointed about many very popular ones by others and so again for everyone different.

I recently discovered this list:
https://www.parfumo.com/Perfum...
I was impressed with the listings. I was really impressed with Dior, Creed, Amouage, and Dolce and Gabbana.
Do others agree with Top-ranked? I have not smelled many of them, so I can't comment.
Thanks
I think that Parfumo community ratings are quite boring and mainstream tbh. This applies to all the rankings men/women/unisex. I think the men's list is the best of all three as it has many beautiful fragrances there, however majority of the stuff is still quite overrated and I personally don't agree with the order of the rankings at all. I think people are mainly rating and praising all those social media friendly things that influencers are overhyping. I'm not interested in social media so I don't really understand that. The best way is to trust your own nose and pick what you enjoy instead of going with the hype or asking mainstream's opinions.

nothing better then to take a day for visiting a perfume shop, the hyped stuff by (anti) social media they often have as well and Iam most of the times always disappointed with.
The profit of visiting a perfume shop is a huge amount of skipping samples as well, saves a lot of time but also money even a frag costs a bit more then to purchase it from an internet shop, but I buy often to shops bc internet shops cant replace those profits... and... the shop gives samples within your new perfume, also samples you wanted to have.

You can further tell it's a bot with the Prada reference which is an absurd non sequitur in a thread where the Prada Lhomme is in the top 10 of the list in question.
You can tell it’s a bot because it replied to this age old thread. It’s a fun thread though, I read stuff from myself a couple of years ago when I was still a PdM fanboy 🤣 Still, the top lists were a great reference to get into niche a littlebit.
