Submit Button - Where is it?

I cannot, for the life of me, find the submit button. I've submitted before, so I know it exists, but it seems to have disappeared for me. I've looked everywhere. I've searched forums online, tried ChatGPT to help, nothing. It cannot be this difficult. 
Here's what I'm looking at in "research" when I am logged in.

Are you possibly meaning "Propose a Perfume" button? 🤔 I'm not sure where it should be in the desktop view (I'm using mobile myself and can see it when clicking the top menu) but if it really can't be found anywhere at all, my best guess is that it's been hidden from users that have submitted too many rejected proposals.

The button should be on the right between "welcome to Parfumo research" and "recently added". I'm not sure why it's not visible for you... If your browser window is not wide enough, the right column is hidden and you can bring it out via the icon in the menu bar. But this seems to be a different issue. 🤔

I'm on desktop, specifically Firefox.  Assuming you mean the green "Propose a Perfume" button... it's off to the far right for me, see pic.  That same area is visible in your screenshot and your button is missing.

Maybe try clicking on the "Proposals" tab at the top and see if it shows up that way?  It should be in the same spot as in my pic.
