issue returning a Tiziana Terenzi Orion fragrance in Obsent

Did anyone here had problems with Obsentum From Romania? After buying dozens of perfumes from Obsentum Romania, worth thousands of euros, when I now have a problem with a Tiziana Terenzi Orion that doesn't smell at all like the tester, the people at Afi Cotroceni don't want to help me with a return (reason: returns are only made for sealed products, I was told that for Obsentum there is no perfume with smell or persistence problems). The tester is fruity smokey, the perfume I bought smells of aromatic lemon, a mess that doesn't even suit a designer), so totally different. Performance, I won't say 2 hours vs 12 hours... I was taken with spells like it would macerate over time (only with 1-2 perfumes from my 60+ collection, after time the performance improved, not the smell...). Comparing it on the spot, it seemed to me that it smelled the same. I asked a certain buyer in the store, he confirmed what I noticed too, so I don't have a nose problem. Another funny thing is that the batch is not found on the known sites..so what should I think, it's either too new or it's fake?..followed by Consumer Protection complaint, email to tiziana terenzi, video on my youtube channel, posts on all the forums and groups of perfume admirers.
