Perfume dissolution in atomizer

Hello!
I noticed an interesting chemical(?) change in some decants I own and wondered if anyone has the same experience/knows what exactly happened.

Some months ago, I purchased five or so decants from someone here via Souk, and they filled them for me in an atomizer from a glass bottle and plastic top. The bottle and top were sealed with that white tape material to prevent leakage. They were on top of my dresser. My room does not get direct sunlight except for maybe 30 minutes in the afternoon, so I figured I am safe from evaporation. But now, months later, I wanted to try those decants again and found two differences:

1. they are basically all evaporated (lol). Now, through discussions with someone else, I found out that the glass bottle atomizers tend to evaporate faster than with plastic bottle atomizers. I hypothesize that is because of more similar thermal expansion rates  between similar materials than different materials. Does anyone else have ideas on why that is?

2. There is like one drop of perfume left in each bottle, so I tried to spray what was left, and interestingly, I realised that the perfume solution has somehow come out of solution. When it landed on my skin, I could see at least two different colors of solution, like when you have an oil and vinegar type of solution. I haven't heard of that happening before. Has anyone else experienced that? Specifically, it happened with Soul of the Forest (Maison Margiela) and Odenaturae (Rubini)

Any information on these two points would be super helpful, thank you for the responses in advance!
