...I don't "save" these scents for special occasions but when particular occasions roll around I will always splash myself with certain perfumes. Christmas I will wear vintage spicy scents Bellodgia by Caron, Black Magic by Bombi and L'Origan by Coty. On October 22, I wear Judith Muller's Bat Sheba (woody modern) in honour of her birthday. And anytime I NEED to go out but look like hell I wear Oscar de la Renta...Because that just makes everything better :) Happy New Year!!!...xo

...Yes the BG label IS the same as the one on mine. I just thought that the E&A NY suggests Elizabeth Arden, New York. But that would be EA not E&A (so never mind about my previous thinking out loud :roll: )

...Hello again! No there isn't a number etched on my bottle or stopper, nor is there anything molded into the glass on the bottom of the bottle. I was wondering if your stopper is a circle or is it a sphere. I have found a bottle that looks very similar to yours that held Elizabeth Arden perfume at one time. ...Hi Beachgirl... This bottle looks the same as my bottle of Number Nine. In the BG advert. The label appears to be wrapped around the bottle. It's quite simple. Back in the day I would have ripped off the label because the bottle looks sophisticated...maybe that's what happened to our bottles ;) I hope you get the stopper out, if you like spicy scents you wont be disappointed!

...Greetings! Two men's colognes that haven't been listed here that I've found I can wear are: vintage Tabac (extreme) cologne and vintage Old Spice Fresh Lime after shave. A liberal splash is never too much. The Fresh Lime really doesn't last long enough and it doesn't project far even freshly applied so it might be perfect for timid ladies just venturing into the men's scents. Though, of course, both of these scents are discontinued they can be found on eBay periodically. The regular Tabac cologne is always readily available on eBay though I cant comment on it as I haven't tried it...yet. Another cologne not mentioned is Viva Patchouli...this is a dirty scent and it isn't for everyone. Actually if I hadn't acquired a likening for it, if I met a man on the street wearing this stuff I'd kind of gag :wink: The scent isn't so much a strong 1970's patchouli (which I instantly love) but, a light patchouli cut with ahem...pee. Ok...I "scents" you've heard enough about that!! Regards :D
