... Best performing freshie: Louis Vuitton Imagination Quite impressive for its light and fresh scent profile. Sadly, part of what makes this scent so enjoyable doesn't make it past the opening- namely the ginger and cinnamon. The black tea and citron are most prevalent in the dry-down, kept alive by a backbone of ambroxan. Best performing winter scent : BDK Gris Charnel Extrait It's rare to find a scent that's a 10/10 in both scent and performance like this one. Absolute stunner!

... Most expensive by purchase price is Bvlgari Orom at $424 for 100ml. Most expensive by $/ml is Roja Elysium Parfum Pour Homme at $4.92/ml, which is not bad considering this fragrance is $500 at retail for just 50ml. I purchased mine for less than $250 at a reputable discounter. Both are stunning, but neither are my favorite in their category. Just goes to show that (above a certain $ amount) more expensive does not necessarily mean better! My favorites are Louis Vuitton L'Immensite and BDK Gris Charnel Extrait , both around $300 for 100ml.
