... Aaah, I wear and spray what my aspirational self would wear, as to ✨manifest✨ that dream life. For instance, I overdress and apply "Rose Oud | Nicolaï / Parfums de Nicolaï" to go to class (no worries, I'm not an oversprayer). Something about the classic French perfumery and the clothes I'm wearing makes me want to ace those classes in order to become someone important in this world.

So, in my search for the perfect scent, I came across "Van Py Rhum | Lorenzo Pazzaglia" and "Andalusian Soul | The Merchant Of Venice" . ... Tzapan My surname is Tzafos and my first name is Panos. So from these two I cut the first syllables and became Tzapan for Parfumo. Oh I did something similar! I took the first 2 letters of my name, my first surname and second surname. That's all hahah

Verbena / Vervain more femenine-leaning scents?

... Hello! I am looking for a vervain / verbena scent that would be more femenine-leaning for this summer. Do you have any ideas? I am particularly interested in reviews on "Verveine | Monastère Notre-Dame Ganagobie" and "Verveine (Eau de Toilette) | L'Occitane en Provence" , but I am open to anything. Thanks in advance!

... I have depression and clothes and perfume are sometimes the only reason why I go out. I plan my outfit in advance, choose a fragrance to go with it, and beg my boyfriend to go run errands (i.e. go to a perfume shop) with me hahaha. So I agree with what you said

... It's okay, don't worry! We all started somewhere 😁 I would recommend Alkemia. They have an Etsy shop that ships to EU, and they have a large panel of scents, especially fruity and gourmand. I would pick their curated by us sample pack, but if you want to pick your samples yourself take a look at the "Luscious Fruits" and "Gourmand" categories. Also, the base oil is kinda sweet already so you can try less gourmand scents and still scratch that sweet itch (vanillas for example). Have fun discovering your tastes!

... I just made a huge order after falling in love with "Silver Oude | Possets". I included : - "Silver Roses | Possets" - "Silver Violets | Possets" - "Silver Vanilla | Possets" - "Silver Cedar | Possets" - "Custance | Possets" - "Angelic Host (9th) - Seraphim | Possets" - "Silver Lily | Possets" - "Toccata and Fugue in D Minor | Possets" - "Stewart | Possets" I already own 3:5:8, "Angelic Host (6th) - Dominions | Possets" but it's too faint, "Venus Black | Possets" but it is tooooo sweet (I just learned pear does that on my skin), "Sweet Arabia | Possets" that I love, "Dangerous Oil | Possets" that I love as well and last but not least, "Bottled Happiness | Possets", a musky iris leather. What are your favourites of the brand and why? I know there's a brand forum but it's a bit old now, and I want recent reviews from you, Parfumo users 🥰

Help identifying mystery note I dislike

... Could be the quality of the f ragrance in itself. I always find that cheaper perfumes have that perfumey quality to them, that makes it unbearable to my nose. I don't know what it is, maybe some aromachemicals? But yeah, it smells like a department store: very musky, aldehydic, screechy. For your grandma's scent, I would say it maybe is the aldehydes/musk?
