... Ringtale Mariyam1975 I'm a newbie to fragrances, my other hobby is everything vintage and historical costuming. My resolution for 2025 is to revisit old classics such as the ones of Guerlain or Chanel. Oh for historical, you really should try "Mitsouko (Eau de Parfum) | Guerlain" It is so reminiscent of libraries, theater, museums etc. Very unusual but oh so beautyful! It's definitely on my list ❤️

Is there a perfume you once hated and now love?

... I received a small 50ml bottle of "Infusion d'Iris (Eau de Parfum) (2007) | Prada" as a gift around 2009 and I genuinely hated it. I thought it was too strong and it was giving me a headache. I couldn't find the courage to throw it away so I put it back in its box and forgot it at the very back of a cabinet until October 2024. Guys. Maybe it's because I've matured, maybe my skin chemistry is different, maybe it's because it has macerated for more than a decade. I have no idea. But this scent is simply magic now and I LOVE IT. Since this revelation, I fell into the rabbit hole of perfumes... and here we are.

... PearlSkyMuis Mariyam1975 Treated myself to "Infusion d'Amande | Prada", "Infusion de Figue | Prada", and "Insolence (Eau de Parfum) | Guerlain". Let me know your thoughts on Amande! It's very likely that will be my first purchase of 2025 as well. 💕 Will do! I am a real sucker for the Prada Infusions (as you can see in my collection lol) and I'm really looking forward to this one!
