... "Oudh Infini | Dusita" The wildest civet. I smell like a fur trapper. "Velvetine (2025) | Pineward" Sweet and spicy with a little something feral. Masculine leaning but I think I can wear it. "Bucolic | Pineward" Wool and beeswax. So warm and fluffy and cozy like your favorite sweater.

... I've got "Tea Rose (Eau de Parfum) / Parfum Tea Rose | Perfumer's Workshop" on one hand and "Oudh Infini | Dusita" on the other, so it's beauty and the beast. Both are gorgeous, although the Dusita was quite challenging!

It's animalic, oud-forward, and quite distinctive. @DRKSHDW Thanks so much for the recommendations! You reminded me I had a sample of "Oudh Infini | Dusita" waiting to be sprayed on. Unfortunately, the opening was all dirty diapers on my skin. But after 15 minutes or so, a gorgeous warm feral furry creature emerged. It PURRS! I'll have to decide if I can handle the first 15 minutes.

... Nielsinho Chrysoptera Lately I'm on a little bit of a rose kick. What do I need to try next? Don’t know if you’re into these type of brands/scents but try "Moth | Zoologist"! Just try it despite what you assume it may smell like, it’s great @Nielsinho Thanks! I have tried a few from that house ("Squid | Zoologist", "Hyrax | Zoologist", "Tyrannosaurus Rex | Zoologist") and none were for me.

... kittea I hope you like "Tea Rose (Eau de Toilette) | Perfumer's Workshop" ! "Tocade (1994) (Eau de Toilette) | Rochas" is another one I own, a cheap but nice little rose-patch, although I'm afraid to me it was more patch than rose. "Smolderose (Eau de Parfum) | January Scent Project" is a really lovely resinous/roasty rose. Continuing on the resin train then "Cabaret | Grès" is another interesting resin-rose. @kittea Just received Tea Rose! I bought the EDP since it was still quite reasonable. I could smell the most beautiful rose even before I got the box open. On skin so far I'm getting lovely green and citrus aspects of rose so far. I'll see if it fully develops into what the box smells like, still beautiful if not. "Smolderose (Eau de Parfum) | January Scent Project" looks amazing! Immediately to the wish list. I'm so intrigued by the burnt sea shell note. I'm also a sucker for anything of the sea (as long as it's not actually aquatic). Thank you!

... Lately I'm on a little bit of a rose kick. I've tried: "Portrait of a Lady (Eau de Parfum) | Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle" Gorgeous. The clove and frankincense are the main players here though. "Opus XII - Rose Incense | Amouage" I love this one. Where POAL is dark, Rose Incense is airy and citrusy, with an ink note to keep it just weird enough. "Rosae Mundi | Profumum Roma" Beautiful jammy rose with menthol patchouli. Is there another rose this gorgeous with a danker earthier patch? "Existence | Amouage" The rose and frankincense are so lovely but I can't take the sweet musky drydown. "Rose Pompon (Eau de Toilette) | Goutal" Flirty raspberry rose. High quality. Changed my mind on raspberry as a note. A little simple though, can't make up my mind whether I need the full bottle. "Tea Rose (Eau de Toilette) | Perfumer's Workshop" Cheap enough to blind buy and highly recommended by @kittea. Thanks to her and @Gourmandgrl for rose recommendations. What do I need to try next?
