After Oud has even become a nice addition to designer perfumes, it seems our friends from Italy have also jumped on the bandwagon.
All AdP perfumes are clearly recognizable, fresh/citrusy-Mediterranean, clearly intended for the classic gentleman in Southern Italy, in a linen suit and with a clear style - one generally seeks cooling when reaching for this brand (for me so far).
Colonia Oud manages to strike a balance - clear (artificial) Oud, which appears sporty-dark due to the bergamot and coriander.
Like a transitional jacket on warm summer nights. Like the Italian gentleman when he wants to dare a little (but AdP colonia leather is too niche).
I wore it nearly every day for an entire summer...with passion.
Very clearly a unique piece that radiates a fresh aura and only allows for a change of scent through washing it off.
