Low-Budget Recommendation

I secured this fragrance at the beginning of this month. A few months ago, I had seen it in the corner of the low-budget fragrances. I didn't buy it, but the name stuck in my mind. Just for fun, I looked it up here and was surprised by the positive reviews. At the beginning of the month, I was at Kaufhof and there it was again. On sale from 30 to 15 euros. Since I had something else to buy anyway, I picked it up for that price. 15 euros for 100ml. Great for bargain hunters and penny pinchers.

The brand means nothing to me. There are only 5 fragrances from this brand listed here. It is indicated as a fragrance twin to Dior's Ambre Nuit. Roughly, both go in the same direction, but of course, the Dior is significantly more high-quality and sensual. For those who want a fragrance that roughly goes in that direction and don't want to spend much, this is a great alternative.
The bottle is chic and elegant. It also somewhat resembles its listed twin in style.

The fragrance starts fruity-spicy paired with a bit of freshness. It strongly reminds me of Dunhill Desire for a Man in the opening. The bergamot-apple mix is shared by both fragrances. Specifically, the fruity apple is present. Here, it is spicier with a wonderful cardamom note. It follows a nice, not too overpowering resinous note with slightly herbal nuances. Specifically, the resinous notes lend a lovely elegance. The base is also very well done. Mainly, an amber-patchouli-musk blend is very present here. Nothing special, but definitely pleasing. The indicated vanilla is not really noticeable to me, as other notes are in the foreground. But a subtle sweetness is perceptible, rounding off the base nicely.
Overall, a serious fragrance that doesn't need to hide next to more expensive ones. I can especially recommend it to bargain hunters. Also not a bad gift (for a small budget).
Performance is good. The sillage is quite good. You are noticed without leaving a huge trail. The longevity is also very good for this price, lasting many hours.
For the occasion, the fragrance is something for the evening and leisure. A strong scent with style and elegance.

Overall, a great release with high quality and at 15 euros, a recommendable fragrance.

The scent is truly worth every penny and a great companion for the cold season. Although it's marketed as a men's fragrance, I think it can be just as well used by women. Once I finish my sample, I'll be getting a big bottle. You get a savings champion trophy from me!

I completely agree with you, but I don't know Ambre Nuit. However, I can definitely see a certain resemblance to Tom Ford's Noir. Great read!
