I never thought it could be so good.
I found it in the airport once when I was on my way to Asia. (Was bored because I had to wait for my flight) I was surprised that for this price I could get such a high quality perfume. (I bought it still expensive because it was in the airport)
I was wearing it for work in the office and actually on a daily basis. Since it was winter in japan and this one is a bit heavy (I would say a winter fragrance). I got 2 times a compliment that I have a nice cologne by a female colleague. Anyone who knows Japanese knows how rare something like this is. (I was also kinda friends with them so not total stranger)

I don’t wanna say something like this cologne is killing Aventus or anything like that. But it beats most designer fragrances in the 60-100 € range.

It holds longer and smells better in my eyes (nose). I could recognise it easily 8-9 h on me. ????????
From now on I will have one for winter.

Low-Budget Recommendation
I secured this fragrance at the beginning of this month. A few months ago, I had seen it in the corner of the low-budget fragrances. I didn't buy it, but the name stuck in my mind. Just for fun, I looked it up here and was surprised by the positive reviews. At the beginning of the month, I was at Kaufhof and there it was again. On sale from 30 to 15 euros. Since I had something else to buy anyway, I picked it up for that price. 15 euros for 100ml. Great for bargain hunters and penny pinchers.

The brand means nothing to me. There are only 5 fragrances from this brand listed here. It is indicated as a fragrance twin to Dior's Ambre Nuit. Roughly, both go in the same direction, but of course, the Dior is significantly more high-quality and sensual. For those who want a fragrance that roughly goes in that direction and don't want to spend much, this is a great alternative.
The bottle is chic and elegant. It also somewhat resembles its listed twin in style.

The fragrance starts fruity-spicy paired with a bit of freshness. It strongly reminds me of Dunhill Desire for a Man in the opening. The bergamot-apple mix is shared by both fragrances. Specifically, the fruity apple is present. Here, it is spicier with a wonderful cardamom note. It follows a nice, not too overpowering resinous note with slightly herbal nuances. Specifically, the resinous notes lend a lovely elegance. The base is also very well done. Mainly, an amber-patchouli-musk blend is very present here. Nothing special, but definitely pleasing. The indicated vanilla is not really noticeable to me, as other notes are in the foreground. But a subtle sweetness is perceptible, rounding off the base nicely.
Overall, a serious fragrance that doesn't need to hide next to more expensive ones. I can especially recommend it to bargain hunters. Also not a bad gift (for a small budget).
Performance is good. The sillage is quite good. You are noticed without leaving a huge trail. The longevity is also very good for this price, lasting many hours.
For the occasion, the fragrance is something for the evening and leisure. A strong scent with style and elegance.

Overall, a great release with high quality and at 15 euros, a recommendable fragrance.

Ethereal Carefree Markance
Ambre Noir begins citrusy - herbal, sweet - fruity, but also aromatic - spicy.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to our Parfumo "Zirkeltanz" for the decant.

At first, one can perceive a citrusy and also herbal note that brings a refreshing quality and is thanks to the bergamot.

At the same time, a fine sweet - fruity nuance is noticeable, which adds a pleasant accent, derived from the red apple and thanks to the bergamot, appears not sweet - sticky, but refreshingly sweet.

These two notes are enveloped by a deep aromatic note that ensures the top note receives a beautifully soft spiciness and comes from cardamom.

This constellation is perceptible on my skin for 20 minutes before the heart note unfolds.

Now, a citrusy, slightly peppery note can be perceived, which also brings a soft smoky resinous touch and lends the heart note a somewhat ethereal quality, thanks to the elemi resin.

The elemi resin is underscored by a strong spiciness that ensures the fragrance has a beautiful distinctive presence and comes from coriander.

These two notes are supported by a zesty - floral note, which also has a minimal bitter characteristic and gives the fragrance a carefree quality, derived from orange blossom.

The heart note is perceptible on my skin for 5 hours before the base asserts itself.

In the base, a fine, bright sweet - creamy note of bourbon vanilla is noticeable.

The vanilla is enveloped by a very intense sweet - spicy soothing note that provides a beautiful softness and is thanks to the amber.

These two notes are surrounded by a clear nuance that does not remind one of freshly washed laundry, but rather is responsible for making the notes appear "pure" and comes from musk.

A very slight earthy note gives the base a beautiful depth and a pleasant finish.

Ambre Noir is a great all-year-round companion for gentlemen aged 25 and up who are looking for a peppery, spicy, floral fragrance that possesses a distinctive presence.

Overall, the fragrance is perceptible on my skin for 8 hours.

The sillage is designed from the start to be clearly noticeable at arm's length, and this is maintained for 4 hours before it gradually diminishes until the fragrance finally fades completely.

la nuit de l'homme in a transitional jacket
Good evening, you (probably) well-scented perfume lovers!
I would have given a statement, but the last comment was a while ago and I’m freshly spritzed, so I’ll just hit the virtual keys.
Ambre Noir starts off quite fresh and spicy, especially somewhat peppery, but one could say it’s very cardamom-heavy. The top note, without having the comparison on my wrist, strongly reminds me of la nuit de l'homme edt. I’m totally into it and was a bit surprised that it starts relatively fresh. The bergamot shyly hides behind the somewhat synthetic apple note, but if you don’t focus on it, you forget both.
Now one could talk about the drydown, but the fragrance doesn’t really have one. It remains very linear for a full 6 hours and is somewhat different than usual. You can smell the heart note after the top note or rather perceive it in that order, but it lasts a long time.
I become aware of the fragrance, smelling cardamom with orange blossom and this sweet pepperiness, and right after that, patchouli and amber come around the corner and cuddle up to you.
Only after these 6 hours do all the notes blur and drift into a slightly fluffy sweetness, which is probably due to the vanilla that lasts longer than all the other notes, but don’t worry, the vanilla is hardly worth mentioning.
The performance is beyond any doubt for 15 euros and it is always perceivable at arm's length.
In comparison to la nuit de l'homme edp, it is not as heavy and sweet-sticky that you can only wear Ambre Noir in winter.
It basically combines both versions for me into an even more universal version and the perfect fragrance for spring or autumn.

Great for a cheapie, but ...
... for me neither fish nor fowl. Sometimes the vanilla comes through, and I get excited for a moment, but almost immediately I'm irritated because completely different aspects emerge right after. The amber is nice, masculine, yet I don't find Ambre Noir super masculine. It is friendly but also dark and harsh. If someone doesn't want many perfumes, doesn't want to pay much, and doesn't want to smell like everyone else, then this might be something, ... but it definitely goes in a certain direction. Herb amber, sweet floral, with the vanilla stubbornly stuck in one corner. Sometimes exhausting.

I buy my husband 200 Euro perfumes for years, and he wears this one for 14.99 just once and gets approached by all the neighbors? Crazy.

All the fragrance notes harmonize perfectly together, and nothing is overwhelming. It smells very high-quality and could easily cost ten times as much.

Fascinating men's fragrance. Succulent, refined apple sweetness, very deliciously spiced. I would love to smell this on my husband.

Lots of elemi & cardamom, fruity-floral, later patch and ambranelle. The price is a joke, but a good one!

A spicy and rather masculine scent. It has something dark about it. Spicy, woody - the apple note is only noticeable if you know it's there. Quite well done.

Less black than expected, instead dusty woody, unsweetened resinous, dry powdery: an unconventional scent with a musk-based synthetic.

Great, solid "Ambercheepi". Unfortunately, a bit too much amber and not enough sweetness for me. If you like amber and spicy scents, you can't go wrong.

Fresh amber scent. Intertwined with apple and subtle cardamom. Rounded, soft, tart-fruity, sweet elemibase. Very aromatic projection.
