Java•Lava•Deep South.
Mineral clay, gray-brown earth, dried herbs, dry woody/leathery oud notes. The air is hot, heavy, misty.

It's great, and if I remember correctly, patchouli was quite dominant for me.

Deep South... just the sound of it is promising... I'm a bit tired of the weather right now...

Javas are intelligent, rodent-like natives of the planet Tatooine, often considered unpleasant-smelling by many other species... but to me, they smell wonderful 😊

For me, please the dry, woody/leathery oud note without the damp swamp. Thanks!

Agar Aura is definitely more than just oud. I also love how he incorporates the green-earthy facets of moss and vetiver into his fragrances!

Mineral clay sounds really good. I rated it right away. Personally, I found Oud Lubani to be the best so far.

There it is, the State 😊. Java is a special Agar Aura for me. That dry paper-forest impression at the beginning (Papyrus!?) took some getting used to, combined with the herbal notes (I had that back then too!). It's definitely well made in terms of quality.

Dark green (oily/waxy) moisture (like a plague pond) where fresh mint thrives, under smoky (like when you burn sage) vetiver oil fragments. Reed is more prominent on me than lemongrass. Time and again, slightly sharp patchouli sequences rise in waves. And just like I remember sorrel (freshly picked from the meadow as a child, chewed for its acidity).
